I was unable to pay my credit card due amount due to personal reasons. Now I'm being threatened by the bank that an non-bailable warrant has been issued against me. I received a call claiming that this was from a police station. Now, I'm worried. Can I be arrested for non-payment...??What legal actions can private banks in India take against credit card holders in case of over dues?
