Cases Ladder has stolen my money. What Legal recourse do I have?

I bought a diamond membership at cases ladder and without warning they froze my account. They keep charging my credit card $19.95/month and I cannot even use the account. Since this has occured, I have been contacted by others who are paying for memberships which are also frozen. People who have paid for gold memberships are having their accounts frozen, some lifetime gold members. And when you contact Cases support staff you are verbally attacked if you get a response at all. What rights do we have? What can we do about this?

Cases is very crooked. After I get this resolved they will never get another cent from me!Cases Ladder has stolen my money. What Legal recourse do I have?
File a lawsuit and contact the FBI internet fraud division if its over the internet. Oh and the BBB..

Call your bank asap and tell them that you have been a victim of fraud and try to get your account unfrozen and your money back.Cases Ladder has stolen my money. What Legal recourse do I have?
Visit the FTC's website and file a complaint there. Visit their state's Attorney General's website and file a complaint there. Those are a few simple things that will get their attention.
