Should Abortion Always Be Legal, Only in Certain Cases or Never?

And why?Should Abortion Always Be Legal, Only in Certain Cases or Never?
How about abortions in all cases should be legal, it's their business to keep the child or not. After all it could of been a mistake, and it should be available for teens.Should Abortion Always Be Legal, Only in Certain Cases or Never?
Only for severe health risk to mom.

We had Americas first vote on abortion here in South Dakota, it did not pass (abortions were allowed to continue). We voted again 2 years later with exceptions to the ban, and it failed with at same percentages.

Many people realized there is a lot of gray area.

According to this documentary (link below), the constitution currently says personhood (not life) begins at birth.

If the constitution were to say that personhood begins at conception, this would result in no abortions even if moms death is certain.

Another point was that, if the constitution were changed, abortions certainly could not be done in the case of rape or incest.

These are the exceptions that everyone says they would want in a ban. The system is broken I guess.
always

Women are getting abortions for a reason. Whether it is for their own personal reasons or b/c they cant raise the child or they don't want to raise the child....whatever the reason is, the fact is, if the child is born, in most cases they will not be raised right or in a safe and nurturing environment. The way I think about it is like this: I feel bad for the kids in this world who were born to bad parents. I dont feel bad for the kids who were aborted. I know that may sound harsh to some people but whatever.

environment
Yes personally i think so

what if it happen to be a rape

and she gets pregg-o

And yes there always if the option of adoption

but just because many kids are put up for adoption doesn't mean

theres going to be a parent for each child most of those kids grow up in foster homes or from family to family

so would you risk your child growing up not having a family

or feeling unwanted.Or because even though it hurts have an abortion or because you kno you cant raise a baby in this world?
It should most definitely be pro-choice in the case of rape....but as for any other situation I'm not really sure =/

I feel like I want to be pro-choice in all situations, but sometimes when it's just two stupid kids who've had sex and didn't use birth control, then part of me wants them to just live with their mistake and take some responsibility, but then again that baby will have to grow up with a couple of stupid teen parents who can't even support themselves yet, let alone an infant child....so I don't really know what the right answer is =/

Although I agree that more sex education in schools and more encouragement to use safer sex practices is a very good idea.
always, always, always.

i'm very prochoice. if we live in a free country, people should have the right to CHOOSE what they want to do..

it's cool if you dont believe in it and if you dont want to do it. but the option should always be there for anyone who wants it. no matter if the situation is immoral or not.
abortions should remain safe and legal. my reasons? because NOTHING and NO ONE has the right to use the body of another without their consent or against their will. that includes a fetus. also, consent to sex IS NOT consent to motherhood.
I think abortions should be legal, because it's up to that person if they want one or not, %26amp; you can't judge them until you've been in their shoes.
No. When the sperm fertilizes the egg, life just forms. It's a sin (Thou shall not kill).
never. not even in case of rape. remember there's always adoption too. :)

Why? B/c a fetus deserves a right to live!

in the case of mother's health then ONLY UNDER DOCTOR'S ORDERS. AND I MEAN AN EXTREME EMERGENCY.
The unfit should be aborted.
Never!
