What happens if you give legal guardians to another, and you have an case that has been in the courts?

and settlement will soon be awarded to custodial parent. What happens? What happens if you give legal guardians to another, and you have an case that has been in the courts?
The arrears are money you spent as guardian.

That's yours.

Any ongoing support goes to the new guardian. What happens if you give legal guardians to another, and you have an case that has been in the courts?
I could help you more if you gave more information. You would have to be the natural parent or legal guardian to be able to 'give' guardianship to another person. If custody is being reverted back to the 'custodial parent,' based on your question, that would be the natural parent or court appointed guardian. The court will usually give a set time and date to transfer the child/person to the person/s awarded custody. Failure to release/deliver the child/person can get you in serious trouble ... contempt of court charges and so on, even jail.
