How to keep a Legal Case Brief ';Professional';...for class ?

Law assignment. i want to achieve a 90% [on work and appearance]


Okay so ive completed:


-case citation


-Facts


-Issue


-Arguments


-Decision


-Rationale





However, it says to keep it ';professional'; .


so, how should i put all the sheets together?


in a:


-Folder


-Paper Clip


-Staple








and for the text, should it be alligned in the centre or what...


i want it to LOOK realistic/professional.

If you want it to look ';realistic';, then you just have to make sure that it is neat, concise, and easy to read. Also:





~ One staple in upper left corner.





~ Have a header with the case title (left). Since this is for school, your name would be all the way over to the right (usually your initials would be at the end)





~ Use italics when referencing the case name or other case names that may have been cited in the court's Reasoning (Rationale).





~ Use basic style page numbering (centered in the footer)





~ Unless your teacher has instructed you differently, use SINGLE spacing with a basic font such as New Times Roman.





~ Use regular margins with the text pulled to left (no centering).





This type of assignment is not meant to be fancy and dressed up with colors or folders (unless your teacher requests that). Clean and neat is the way it is supposed to be presented.
