Legal representation for out-of-state cases?

A friend of mine owes the court money in another state. It is for administrative fees involving a case that was heard, not a fine that was levied.

We've been told he must appear in person at the other court, and pay the fine. The problem is that his license is suspended (from the other state) and he has no photo ID. Without it, he cannot board a train, plane or bus to get back to that state.

Trying to find a lawyer in FL that could represent him in this matter -- he wants to pay the court, he has themoney -- he just has no means of getting there in person.Legal representation for out-of-state cases?
You could get a lawfirm that has more than one office. YOu could get a lwayer in the state he lives. That lawyer could get something to be able to temporarily practice law in that state. I would guess it would be expensive since the lawyer has to fly over there. You could go to the internet and find a lawyer in FLorida. Its a simple matter. I don't see much problem in it.
