Do I have a legal case?

I had an affair before i married my husband, he found out about it just before we married. A few weeks later unbeknown to my husband i started the affair again, it finished a couple of weeks ago. He still doesn't know, however he had been receiving anonymous phone calls. I then fell out with my ex lover and i now know that the phone calls were from him trying to tell my husband about us to warn him. Would i still have a case to take legal action against him for the phone calls?Do I have a legal case?

the only thing i would do is put a block on his number if you can...you will not only open a big can of worms that you might not want opened but you just might lose your husband in the process so think really hard about what you want and what you do before doing anything....and do yourself a favour stop cheating ...aren't you worried about getting an STD or AIDS and then not only getting that yourself but giving it to your husband...if you are not happy with your marriage get out of it before you start another relationship
You are worried about the ex-lover rolling over on you and not about the fact you cheated? That should be the least of your worries. If you play you have to assume you will pay. Spend your time and energy on your husband and become a real woman and be his wife.

No. If he is telling your husband then there is nothing you can do about it. He isn't lying about what occurred so there is no legal action to take.
