What was the legal question at issue in the ';Obama birth certificate'; case denied by the Supreme Court?

The lower courts dismissed the suit, ruling that the candidate does not have to prove anything to every individual voter, in the form demanded by every voter. Instead, the candidate must prove his eligibility to the proper election officials of each state. The legal issue was whether the case was properly dismissed, not whether he is a citizen. What was the legal question at issue in the ';Obama birth certificate'; case denied by the Supreme Court?
The idea of natural born citizenship.

Donofrio says that since Obama had dual nationality at birth -- his mother was American and his Kenyan father at the time was a British subject -- he cannot possibly be a ';natural born citizen,'; one of the requirements the Constitution lists for eligibility to be president.

Donofrio also contends that two other candidates, Republican John McCain and Socialist Workers candidate Roger Calero, also are not natural-born citizens and thus ineligible to be president.

People think its fake, especially after it was confirmed to be authentic by both the Hawaiian Health Department Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino and the state's registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, say they checked health department records and have determined there's no doubt Obama was born in Hawaii.

He's black, he's American, and he's gonna be president. GET OVER IT EVERYONE!
he was actually born in the united States . Their is a birth certificate from Hawaii that proves he was born in USA in Hawaii . So all appeals will be not do anything , but blow a bunch of smoke .
IT`S A FORGERY FOR ONE. yOU CAN TELL THE COLOR OF IT IS DIFFERENT FROM THE OTHERS DONE ON THE SAME DAY EVEN ONES ON THE SAME 30 MINUTES OF TIME.IT`S BELIEVED THAT OBAM`AS PARENT HAD THE CERTIFICATE FAKED WHEN HE WAS 3 YEARS OLD.
He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, last time I looked, that is a US state.
