if she is pregnant and keeps the child then just take care of your child. you cant get forced to marry her but make sure when the baby arrives you get a dna test just to prove paternity and if it is in fact your child just take care of your child that way if they try and take you to court they wont have a case against you because your only responsibility will be to that child, hope all goes wellIf girl is pregnant and boy doesnt wanna marren wats the legal case???pls help if i am the boy?
The girl can sue you for child support. That's about it. Unless she's a minor and you're not. Then they can get you for statutory rape. If you're from another country they have different customs and as a citizen of that country I would think you would know whats going to happen to you.





If her family is kind of old fashoned they might come to your house with a shot gun and make you marry her. No legal case. Just scaring the crap out of you to make an honest woman of their daughter.

You dont have to get married just because you got someone pregnant. But you need to take responsibility for your actions and that baby. If they do file a a law suit it will probably be for child support. If the baby is in fact yours you'll most likely be ordered to pay it.
Probably nothing, you are not legally obligated to marry a girl because you get her pregnant. You can get taken to court for child support if you are indeed the father, however.
If you didn't want a kid, then you should've kept your pants on. There's no way (legal or not) that you can be forced into marriage just because she's pregnant. But they can take you to court for child support/custody when the child is born.
You wouldn't get in any kind of legal case. You don't have to be with her. She may take you for child support but that's just about it. You can even get custody if you think youde be a better parent
Well....its not a law that you have to get married if the girl you slept with gets pregnant....

If not, then I'm pretty sure that they have no case..
plenty of people have children who aren't married. you are just obligated to pay child support if you are indeed the father. get a paternity test though.

The only thing they could sue you for is child-support. They can not make you marry her if you dont want too.
