You need to find the laws that deal w/such offenders. Then find a legal library w/an annotated copy of that statute. The annotated version will have lists/blurbs of cases related to that statute.Can anyone assist me in finding a legal case to do with the incarceration of mentally ill offenders?
These cases are in all the newspapers and blogs.
